Travel Club Overseas App

If you would like to apply to be considered for a place on an ISH Travel Club overseas trip, please fully complete the form below.


Selection for trips will be made to ensure a culturally diverse and balanced group.

Successful applicants will be notified by email shortly after the application deadline. You should respond immediately to make payment and take your place.

It is expected that you will participate fully in the trip. International Students House organises these trips to facilitate friendship between people from different backgrounds and study disciplines. Failure to participate fully may result in your exclusion from further trips. There will be free time for your own activities and souvenir shopping.

As a Travel Club member you must have your valid university/college student ID with you at all times for the duration of the trips. We and our tour suppliers reserve the right to request ID to verify that you are a genuine university/college student. If you are unable to produce a valid student ID when requested, Travel Club reserves the right to reject your ticket and admission on the trip.

If you are unable to travel refunds are never given, unless in exceptional circumstances and only if approved by the Travel Co-Ordinator. However if you cannot travel for any reason you must inform us immediately; every effort will then be made to re-sell your ticket so that we can reimburse you.

In completion of this application form you are agreeing to have read, understood and accept the Terms and Conditions & Waiver of Limited Liability of the Travel Club available on the reverse of this form.



Overseas Application
I confirm all the information on this application form is true and accurate. I understand that once I have accepted and paid in full that no refunds are offered, regardless of circumstance. I understand that I cannot travel without valid Travel Club membership, and that it is my responsibility to check what documentation is needed (e.g. Visa), and to ensure I bring all required documentation on the trip including valid Travel Insurance.


After the deadline we will contact all those who have applied to travel by email and let you know if your application was successful or not. If you are accepted to travel you will need to make sure you have valid Travel Club membership and make payment by the deadline in the email. Failure to do this will result in your space to travel being withdrawn. Payment will be required immediately if you are accepted to travel on the trip. You can either pay by cash in person, or by debit/credit card. (American Express is not accepted)
