Julie Yang

Julie is a European private equity investor at Investcorp where she backs mid-market healthcare and services companies and help them grow. She was previously on the private equity investment team at Advent International, also in London. Her past professional experiences include roles in venture capital and management consulting with Earlybird Venture Capital, Bain & Company and Accenture across Europe and North America.

On the non-profit side, Julie’s also works to improve diversity and female representation in private equity with organisations such as Level20. She previously served on the Board of SquashSmarts in Philadelphia, and in her younger years, volunteered as a mentor with Big Brothers Big Sisters (BBBS) of New York City.

 Julie holds a bachelor’s degree from Duke University and an MBA from The Wharton School and considers herself lucky to have been an international student many times over. Outside of work, she can be found skiing, scuba diving or playing with dogs.
