The support from various trusts and foundations means we support the next generation of international students studying in London.
With costs rising and global tension, it’s never been more important to make sure all international students with the brightest minds have access to a global education and family.
We are incredibly grateful to all the trusts and foundations who have championed our work across our long and rich history.
They understand the importance of creating ‘a home away from home’ where international students can build global friendships and achieve their academic dreams.
Through them we have been able to offer international students a place to feel they belong, access to welfare and wellbeing initiatives.
Our founding foundations included livery companies and long-standing strategic grant-makers who shared our founder, Mary Trevelyan’s vision.
We are activating a new trusts and foundations programme to support the accommodation, counselling, hardship fund and mentoring we provide for international students from impoverished backgrounds. These are students who have successfully secured academic scholarships at London’s universities but need to secure free accommodation before they take up their places.
Our ambition is to double the free bed spaces and welfare support we offer to international scholarship students at London’s universities
