Ian Barry joined the board as a trustee in 2012. He is a mathematics graduate from Exeter University. He qualified as a chartered accountant with Price Waterhouse in London and then spent nearly 30 years in financial management in a number of commercial organisations in the UK, Australia, Germany and China. He joined Oxfam GB as Finance Director in 2003 and since then has worked in the NFP sector.

He currently serves on the Nominations & Governance Committee, and Finance & Audit Committee and chairs the Property Strategy Committee at ISH.
